You have no right to compensation, reimbursement, damages, or substitute value for virtual rewards, account status, streaks, points, or similar in-app indicators.

9. No Third-Party Beneficiaries

This Policy does not create rights for any third party. Only you and ParkLive may enforce this Policy, subject to applicable law.
