You may use ParkLive only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law.

You use ParkLive at your own risk. You remain solely responsible for your own driving, parking, compliance with traffic rules, reading signs, paying applicable fees, avoiding restricted areas, and complying with local law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume all risk arising from your decisions and actions based on information shown in ParkLive, including route, parking, timing, and confirmation decisions.
Where permitted by applicable law, you release ParkLive and its operator from claims arising out of your driving or parking conduct, your interpretation of local rules, or your reliance on user-generated information.
ParkLive is a software platform, not a parking operator or authority.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParkLive is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy.
ParkLive may include virtual rewards, coins, scores, points, badges, or similar indicators.
We may invalidate rewards or adjust balances where we suspect fraud, abuse, technical error, duplicate actions, or violation of these Terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by ParkLive, rewards, coins, and similar indicators are promotional only, may expire, and may be cancelled when an account is suspended or terminated. They are not refundable and do not create property, contractual payment, or cash-out rights.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, form the entire agreement between you and ParkLive regarding the service.
