Account & Data Deletion

ParkLive allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data. If you would like to delete your ParkLive account, follow one of the options below.

Option 1 — Request deletion in the app (recommended)

Open ParkLive.
Go to Profile → Help & Support.
Tap Delete Account → Request Deletion.
This will open your email app with a prefilled deletion request to support@parklive.app.

Option 2 — Email us

If you cannot access the app, email support@parklive.app from your registered email address.

Subject: ParkLive Account Deletion Request
Include: your registered email address (or Apple private relay email, if used)

What we delete

When your deletion request is processed, we delete your ParkLive account and associated data that we can identify and remove from our systems (such as your user profile and app activity records tied to your account), subject to legal and security requirements.
