This Acceptable Use Policy explains prohibited conduct on ParkLive and the actions we may take to protect the platform, users, rewards systems, and service integrity.

This Policy applies to all users of ParkLive, including anyone who accesses or uses the mobile application, website, APIs, support channels, reward systems, maps, or related services.

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the ParkLive Terms of Service. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, reward invalidation, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination.

ParkLive is a community-driven service that depends on trustworthy user-generated parking signals and fair platform participation. To keep the service safe and reliable, users must not engage in fraud, manipulation, spam, deception, unlawful conduct, or technical abuse.
